These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website graeca.gr and the purchase of products offered through our online store.
By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

2. PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE CHARACTER
GRAECA jewellery is designed and handcrafted in Greece.
Depending on the individual design, our jewellery may be made from materials including sterling silver 925, bronze, gold-plated or silver-plated metals, copper wire, stainless steel, resin, freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones.
The specific characteristics, materials and available options of each product are described on the relevant product page.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery and the natural characteristics of stones and pearls, slight variations in colour, shape, size, texture and finish may occur between individual pieces.
These natural and handmade variations form part of the unique character of each piece and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, dimensions and images as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen, device or display settings used.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product and material availability.
Certain GRAECA products may be handcrafted, finished or prepared after an order is placed. Estimated preparation times may therefore vary depending on the product and order volume.
If a product or required material becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where we are unable to fulfil an order, any payment received for the unavailable product will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. ORDERS
To place an order through graeca.gr, you must provide complete and accurate information required for the processing, payment and delivery of your order.
Before completing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review the products selected, quantities, prices and relevant order information.
Once an order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation electronically.
GRAECA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing or technical error, inability to process payment or suspected fraudulent activity.
If GRAECA cancels a paid order, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. PRICES AND VAT
All prices displayed on graeca.gr are stated in euros (€).
Prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), where required by law.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately before the order is completed.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other local fees may apply.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made using credit, debit and prepaid cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners and Discover.
Card payments are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A.
Payment is subject to authorisation and successful completion of the payment process.
GRAECA does not directly collect or store customers' complete payment card details.
An order is considered successfully paid when the payment transaction has been authorised and completed.
7. TRANSACTION SECURITY
All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and use TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit encryption (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
Encryption is a way of coding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Available shipping methods, applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery information are presented on our website and/or during checkout.
Preparation time and courier delivery time are separate.
Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes and may be affected by destination, courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
GRAECA is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers purchasing products online may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform us of the decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the applicable legal exception applies.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
10. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, please contact us at info@graeca.gr and provide your order details and relevant photographs.
The customer's statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Where a product is defective or non-conforming, GRAECA will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
11. JEWELLERY CARE AND NATURAL WEAR
GRAECA jewellery should be handled and stored with care.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water, perfumes, alcohol, cosmetics and chemical products.
Plated jewellery may naturally change or lose part of its finish over time as a result of use, friction and exposure to water, cosmetics, perfumes or chemicals.
Natural wear resulting from ordinary use or failure to follow care instructions is not, by itself, considered a manufacturing defect.
This provision does not limit the customer's statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on graeca.gr, including jewellery designs, product designs, photographs, images, graphics, logos, brand elements, texts and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to ZACHAROULA KARAMICHALI KAI SIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and/or used in connection with the GRAECA brand.
Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
13. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to use graeca.gr for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in any manner that may damage, disable or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of our website. However, we do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZACHAROULA KARAMICHALI KAI SIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from the use or temporary unavailability of the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

17. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers residing in another country of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to them under applicable law.
Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable Greek and European Union law.
