CARD PAYMENTS

Payments can be made using credit, debit and prepaid cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners and Discover.

Card payments are processed securely through the electronic payment platform “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A.

TRANSACTION SECURITY

All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and use TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit encryption (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).

Encryption is a way of coding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.

GRAECA does not directly collect or store your complete payment card details.

PAYMENT AUTHORISATION

All card payments are subject to authorisation by the card issuer and successful completion of the payment process.

If a payment is declined, not authorised or otherwise unsuccessful, the order may not be completed.

Once your payment and order have been successfully completed, an order confirmation will be provided electronically.

PAYMENT CURRENCY

Prices and payments on graeca.gr are stated and processed in euros (€), unless otherwise expressly indicated.

Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or other charges where your payment account is held in another currency.
